Rates: Standard shipping is $10 USD. Standard shipping is free when the merchandise total is $120 USD or more after discounts.

Maison Lune pieces are made to order and prepared before dispatch. The current standard delivery estimate is 3–5 business days after dispatch; the estimate shown at checkout is the final estimate for your destination. Tracking is emailed when your parcel leaves our atelier. Import duties, taxes, or local handling fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Please review your delivery address before placing the order and contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed.

Ready-to-wear pieces may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery. They must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

DIY bracelets, personalized designs, and pieces made to a selected wrist size are created specifically for you and cannot be returned for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed design, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.

Approved change-of-mind returns are sent at the customer’s cost, and original shipping charges are not refundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection; your bank may need 5–10 business days to post the funds.

Select the wrist size closest to your measurement. We prepare the finished bracelet with a small comfort allowance for an easy everyday fit.

Keep away from perfume, water, and household chemicals. Store separately and wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wear.
